摘 要
這次專業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)是專業(yè)的一個(gè)十分重要的學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)節(jié),是對(duì)入學(xué)以來所學(xué)的機(jī)械方面的知識(shí)進(jìn)行了一次全面的檢查、鞏固和提高。這次課程設(shè)計(jì)是應(yīng)用所學(xué)基礎(chǔ)理論、專業(yè)知識(shí)與技能去分析和解決生產(chǎn)實(shí)際問題的一次綜合訓(xùn)練。把所學(xué)的知識(shí)能夠綜合運(yùn)用到實(shí)際零件的加工中。通過本次設(shè)計(jì)使我鞏固了已學(xué)的知識(shí),加深了印象,使自己能夠運(yùn)用所學(xué)的機(jī)械加工知識(shí)解決一些具體的問題。
此次課程設(shè)計(jì)涉及的知識(shí)面有夾具設(shè)計(jì)、零件安裝、加工工藝、數(shù)值計(jì)算、刀具的性能、測(cè)量技術(shù)、CAD制圖外還涉及到金屬材料、公差配合及加工設(shè)備等多方面的知識(shí)。通過這次課程設(shè)計(jì)我發(fā)現(xiàn)了自己還有許多知識(shí)還沒有掌握牢固。但更多的是通過這次設(shè)計(jì)使我提高、鞏固、擴(kuò)大了自己所學(xué)到的理論知識(shí)與技能,提高自己設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算、制圖、編寫技術(shù)文件的能力‘學(xué)會(huì)正確使用技術(shù)資料、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、手冊(cè)等工具書’并在這次設(shè)計(jì)中培養(yǎng)了我對(duì)機(jī)械設(shè)計(jì)的獨(dú)立工作能力、初步樹立了正確的實(shí)際思想,掌握了一定的機(jī)械加工設(shè)計(jì)方法步驟和思路為以后的學(xué)習(xí)和設(shè)計(jì)工作打下了良好的基礎(chǔ)。同時(shí),也使我體會(huì)到了老師平時(shí)對(duì)我們的諄諄教導(dǎo)、用心良苦。由于本人水平有限,設(shè)計(jì)還有許多不足之處,希望時(shí)老師給予批評(píng)和指正!

ABSTRACT

But more and more are through this design makes me improve, consolidate and expand their knowledge to the theoretical knowledge and skills, improve their design calculation, drawings, writing ability of technical documents to correctly use the technical data ", standard, manual tool in the design of "and I trained on mechanical design of the ability to work independently, set up the correct actual preliminary thoughts, grasped certain mechanical processing design methods and steps for the future study and design work, and laid a good foundation.
