年產(chǎn)6萬噸谷氨酸工廠設(shè)計(jì)
摘要:本次設(shè)計(jì)是年產(chǎn)60000噸谷氨酸而進(jìn)行的初步工藝設(shè)計(jì),根據(jù)畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)大綱和設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)要求,首先對(duì)谷氨酸的用途和制作工藝進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的概括,其次進(jìn)行了車間物料衡算、熱量衡算、設(shè)備選型以及廢水的處理等研究與設(shè)計(jì),整個(gè)工藝過程采用先進(jìn)的二次蒸煮法應(yīng)用到谷氨酸生產(chǎn)中,設(shè)備選型合理,生產(chǎn)操作簡(jiǎn)單方便,運(yùn)行安全穩(wěn)定。

Glutamate factory design of sixty thousand t/a
Abstract: This design yearly produces the preliminary technological design which 60000 tons glutamate carry on, according to the graduation project program and the task of design request, first has carried on the simple summary to the glutamate use and the production process, next carried on the workshop material balance, the thermal graduated arm to calculate that equipment shaping as well as waste water research and the design and so on processing, the entire technological process used the advanced two steam boiling law to apply in the glutamate production, the equipment shaping was reasonable, production operation simple convenient, movement safe stable.
