作為WTO的新成員，中國與其他成員的貿(mào)易爭端已不可避免。 如何利用WTO爭端解決機制，維護我國的經(jīng)濟利益，是我們面臨的重大挑戰(zhàn)。應該說，我們從書本上學到的關于WTO爭端解決機制的知識并不少，近年來的研究成果亦層出不窮。 但是，結(jié)合中國入世后的實際情況，比較有針對性地研究WTO爭端解決機制，顯然還不夠。本文從分析WTO爭端解決機制的運行態(tài)勢與《中國入世議定書》的規(guī)定入手，探討中國的WTO爭端解決對策以及相關的專業(yè)人才培養(yǎng)問題，還有對中國反傾銷問題的研究。
