摘 要
自動化傳輸線是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)過程中最常見的設(shè)備之一。自上個世紀60年代PLC問世以來,由于其在控制方面的優(yōu)點,目前利用PLC作為核心控制器件的工業(yè)應(yīng)用越來越廣泛,本論文對PLC及其相關(guān)的外圍器件進行了研究,提出了基于PLC的自動化傳輸線控制系統(tǒng)框架。
根據(jù)自動化傳輸線的運行要求,本論文設(shè)計了一種利用PLC(松下FP1)作為主控器件,包含移載、頂升和提升三個基本環(huán)節(jié)的自動化傳輸控制系統(tǒng)。首先闡述了PLC及接近開關(guān)、行程開關(guān)等外圍器件的工作原理,然后介紹了自動化傳輸線各個部分的工作原理及整體框圖。在此基礎(chǔ)上,選擇出相應(yīng)的硬件并簡單介紹其技術(shù)參數(shù),根據(jù)其原理設(shè)計出自動化傳輸線的硬件控制框圖,并利用FPWIN-GR軟件編寫了相應(yīng)的梯形圖程序。
通過實際調(diào)試運行,該系統(tǒng)運行穩(wěn)定,安全可靠,取得了較好的效果,達到了實際運行要求。

ABSTRACT
Automation transmission line is in the industrial production process one of most common equipment. Since on century 60's PLC being published, as a result of it in the control aspect merit, has at present controlled the component using PLC as the core the industrial application to be more and more widespread, the present paper has conducted the research to PLC and the correlation periphery component, proposed based on the PLC automated transmission line control system frame.
According to the automated transmission line movement request, the present paper designed one kind using PLC (Panasonic FP1) to take the master control component, contained moves carries, goes against rises and promotes three basic links the automated transmission control systems. First elaborated periphery component and so on PLC and close switch, limit switch principles of work, then introduced the automated transmission line each part of principle of work and the overall diagram. In this foundation, choice showing off should the hardware and introduced simply its technical parameter, designs the automated transmission line according to its principle the hardware control diagram, and has compiled the corresponding
Trapezoidal chart procedure using the FPWIN-GR software.
Through the actual debugging movement, this system movement is stable, safe reliable, has obtained the good effect, has met
the actual movement requirements.
