貨船在大風(fēng)浪中航行的安全穩(wěn)性分析

[摘要]　貨船的穩(wěn)性研究是船舶行業(yè)中一個(gè)重要而復(fù)雜的課題。國(guó)內(nèi)外大量的貨船傾覆事故已經(jīng)說明，風(fēng)浪對(duì)貨船穩(wěn)性的影響是很大的，靜水中穩(wěn)性好的貨船在風(fēng)浪中穩(wěn)性未必好。因此，對(duì)貨船在風(fēng)浪中的穩(wěn)性進(jìn)行研究有著重要的實(shí)際意義。本文由已掌握的船舶穩(wěn)性理論入手，分析貨船穩(wěn)性事故的原因,論述大風(fēng)浪條件對(duì)貨船穩(wěn)性的影響，提出大風(fēng)浪中操船的合理方法，以便有助于減小貨船穩(wěn)性事故的發(fā)生概率。為了防止大風(fēng)浪中貨船穩(wěn)性事故，在制定積載計(jì)劃時(shí)要仔細(xì)計(jì)算各階段的貨船穩(wěn)性變化情況，將船舶本身具有的性能與當(dāng)時(shí)的外界風(fēng)浪條件適宜地協(xié)調(diào)起來，針對(duì)風(fēng)浪對(duì)船體的作用情況采取合理操船措施，提高船舶航行的安全性。

Analysis on the Cargo Ship’s Safety and Stability in Heavy Waves

[Abstract] Cargo ship’s stability study of the ship industry is a very important and complex issue. A lot of accident of ship capsizes indicate that the waves which influenced cargo ship’s stability is very large. Stability of cargo ship is good in still water，but stability of ship is bad in waves. So study on the cargo ship’s stability in waves has important practical meaning. This article analyzes the stability of the incident according to the acquired knowledge and proposes rational solutions of maneuvering in heavy waves to help dispel misconceptions to reduce accidents there．Ensure the safe navigation of ships．In order to prevent the ship stability problems occur, we must plot contained in formulating plans to carefully calculate the phase stability of the cargo ship. Cargo ship itself with the performance of the external storm conditions will be suitable for coordinating. Take reasonable measures against the waves’ effect to the ship to enhance safety navigation.
