利用氣象圖對(duì)海霧的觀察和預(yù)報(bào)

[摘 要]： 海船霧航事故在海難事故中占有很大比例，經(jīng)常造成船舶、財(cái)產(chǎn)、人命的巨大滅失和傷亡。本文根據(jù)自己掌握的船舶在霧航情況下的航行知識(shí)，綜合吸收航海人員在霧中航行對(duì)霧的判斷，針對(duì)霧對(duì)船舶航行安全的影響，對(duì)我國(guó)近海霧的地理分布、季節(jié)變化、生成原因的分析，通過結(jié)合霧區(qū)特點(diǎn)利用氣象傳真圖和衛(wèi)星云圖對(duì)還霧進(jìn)行觀察和預(yù)報(bào)。是船舶在霧航時(shí)可以盡量避開霧區(qū)或者提前做出要在霧航的準(zhǔn)備，避免船舶碰撞，保證船舶在霧天航行安全。

Using weather chart to sea fog observation and forecast

[Abstract]: The sea boat navigation accident in fog holds the very great proportion in the sea accident, causes the ships, the property, the human life greatly to extinguish the disagree declare war casualties frequently. This article according to ships' in fog navigation situation navigation knowledge which one grasp, the synthesis absorption navigation personnel in the fog navigates to the fog judgment, in view of the fog to the ships navigation security's influence, to our country near sea fog's geographic distribution, the seasonal variation, the production reason's analysis, carries on the forecast and the observation through the union fog-region characteristic using the meteorological facsimile chart and the satellite cloud picture to also the fog. Is the ships when the fog navigation may avoid the fog-region as far as possible or make ahead of time must in the fog navigation preparation, avoids the ships collision, guarantees the ships in the foggy day navigation security.
