湄州灣南岸水域船舶溢油污染風險分析

[摘要] 湄洲灣是國家大型石化基地，目前油品吞吐量在700-800萬噸/年，隨著灣內(nèi)港口項目的建設(shè)和石化工業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，湄州灣港口石油及化工品的吞吐量將大幅度的增長，預(yù)計到2010年該港口水域的危險貨物吞吐量將超過3500萬噸。由于大型油輪、超級油輪及其他載運危險貨物船舶進出港的日趨頻繁，該水域?qū)⑹呛Ｉ辖煌ǖ母唢L險水域和污染重災(zāi)區(qū)。本文首先介紹湄州灣水域的水文氣象條件，然后結(jié)合近年來發(fā)生在湄州灣水域的溢油事故進行研究，分析溢油污染對湄州灣水域環(huán)境的危害，以加強人們的海洋環(huán)境保護意識，并闡述防治船舶溢油污染的具體措施。
