食品庫(kù)存管理系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)現(xiàn)



摘 要

庫(kù)存管理作為企業(yè)管理的一個(gè)重要內(nèi)容，一直受到人們的廣泛關(guān)注。它不僅影響企業(yè)的資金流動(dòng)，更影響著企業(yè)的生產(chǎn)能力和效率。加強(qiáng)企業(yè)庫(kù)存管理，可以提高企業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率，降低經(jīng)營(yíng)成本，進(jìn)而提高企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)能力。然而，我國(guó)很多生產(chǎn)企業(yè)尤其是中小制造企業(yè)，普遍存在著庫(kù)存控制方法不合理、信息化程度低等問(wèn)題，庫(kù)存問(wèn)題日益成為制約企業(yè)生存和發(fā)展的瓶頸。

本文從食品加工企業(yè)庫(kù)存管理的現(xiàn)狀入手，分析了食品加工企業(yè)生產(chǎn)的特點(diǎn)以及庫(kù)存管理存在的問(wèn)題，指出加強(qiáng)食品加工企業(yè)庫(kù)存管理、實(shí)現(xiàn)庫(kù)存管理信息化的重要性。在食品加工企業(yè)庫(kù)存管理特點(diǎn)的基礎(chǔ)上，本文對(duì)常見(jiàn)的幾種庫(kù)存控制和管理方法進(jìn)行了研究，在特定研究對(duì)象分析基礎(chǔ)上，提出了信息化解決方案。本文按照結(jié)構(gòu)化系統(tǒng)化的開(kāi)發(fā)方法，對(duì)食品加工企業(yè)庫(kù)存管理系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的系統(tǒng)分析，從技術(shù)和管理的角度論證了系統(tǒng)開(kāi)發(fā)的可行性，進(jìn)而提出了系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)的整體目標(biāo)，并對(duì)系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的業(yè)務(wù)流程分析和數(shù)據(jù)流程分析。在對(duì)系統(tǒng)詳細(xì)調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上，建立了庫(kù)存管理信息系統(tǒng)的功能模型，對(duì)系統(tǒng)功能模塊進(jìn)行了詳盡的分析，并利用數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)開(kāi)發(fā)的有關(guān)技術(shù)設(shè)計(jì)了庫(kù)存管理系統(tǒng)的數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)模型。最后對(duì)系統(tǒng)實(shí)現(xiàn)的重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)進(jìn)行了說(shuō)明，并介紹了實(shí)現(xiàn)的主要模塊。同時(shí)簡(jiǎn)單介紹了Visual Basic編程環(huán)境和Access數(shù)據(jù)庫(kù)管理系統(tǒng)的功能特點(diǎn)。

本系統(tǒng)將庫(kù)存庫(kù)存管理系統(tǒng)解決方案中，實(shí)現(xiàn)了庫(kù)存訂貨點(diǎn)法的信息化處理，利用樹(shù)狀模式進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)的瀏覽和查詢(xún)，提高了查找效率。以需求庫(kù)存的處理策略，在系統(tǒng)中實(shí)現(xiàn)了原材料需求預(yù)測(cè)分析。系統(tǒng)的功能完整，涵蓋了庫(kù)存管理從原材料入庫(kù)到產(chǎn)成品出庫(kù)的整個(gè)業(yè)務(wù)流程。系統(tǒng)界面風(fēng)格統(tǒng)一，易于操作，具有較強(qiáng)的實(shí)用價(jià)值。

ABSTRACT

With the development of modern industry, the information management system of the computer is being paid attention to by enterprises. The administrative system of the stock is an indispensable part in Proceeding、7l，ith the status of inventory management，this paper analyzes the productioncharacteristics and problems existing in inventory management of small&medium—sizedmanufacturing enterprises．This paper points out the importance of strengthening inventorymanagement and realizating mventory management informationization of small andmedium•sized on the basis of characteristics of the inventory management in small&medium

manufacturing enterprises．This paper researches several common inventory control andmanagement methods． On the analyzing of Shanghai AiLong construction equipmentStructural parts Co．，Ltd，this paper give an information—based solution on its inventorymanagement．enterprise's material flow management. This text has analysed some basic functions of the administrative system of the stock and makes up the situation mainly, including the systematic demand is analysed, systematic structure, the function module divides and the data base mode is analysed etc., have realized doing the introduction to the actual development of the application program especially. Having reached the consistency and security of the data, and the application program function is complete, have accorded with the administrative system of the stock as the request for the typical information management system (MIS). Introduced the function characteristics of Visual Basic programming environment and Access data base management system briefly at the same time.
