摘要
PLC和觸摸屏技術(shù)是綜合了計(jì)算機(jī)技術(shù)、自動(dòng)控制技術(shù)和通訊技術(shù)的一種新型、實(shí)用的自動(dòng)控制裝置，被廣泛地用于工業(yè)控制領(lǐng)域。近年來(lái)隨著工控技術(shù)的發(fā)展，PLC和觸摸屏被大量應(yīng)用于紡織機(jī)械中。
本文主要講述精梳機(jī)的電氣控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)，介紹了利用松下FP1-C56C PLC根據(jù)精梳機(jī)的電氣控制要求進(jìn)行順序控制軟件設(shè)計(jì)，根據(jù)操作簡(jiǎn)單，維護(hù)方便的原則進(jìn)行觸摸屏的畫面制作。首先對(duì)精梳機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)和工藝流程進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單介紹；接著對(duì)PLC的基本概念及松下PLC的常用指令進(jìn)行了介紹；同時(shí)敘述觸摸屏的類型和工作原理以及松下GT系列畫面制作軟件Terminal GTWIN的使用方法。

Abstract
PLC and touch screen technology is a combination of computer technology, automatic control technology and communication technology .This is a new and practical automatic control devices, are widely used in the field of industrial control. In recent years, along with the development of industrial technology, PLC and touch screen to be used in a large number of textile machinery.
      This article focuses on Comber electrical control system design, this article introduced the use of Panasonic FP1-C56C PLC according to comb the electric control requirements of the order of control software design, based on simple, easy to maintain the principles of touch-screen picture production. First of all, on the comb structure and process for a brief introduction; followed by PLC on the basic concepts of the PLC and Panasonic used to carry out the orders, introduced; at the same time described the type of touch screen and the working principle, as well as Panasonic GT Series picture production software to use the Terminal GTWIN Methods.
