　　現(xiàn)代電子技術(shù)的發(fā)展，使數(shù)字音視頻廣播將完全取代模擬音視頻傳輸，形成有線廣播電視網(wǎng)絡(luò)；使計(jì)算機(jī)互聯(lián)網(wǎng)成為我們生活的一部分；使電信網(wǎng)絡(luò)成為我們賴以交流的平臺。三種網(wǎng)絡(luò)相互獨(dú)立，即浪費(fèi)資源，又使各自的發(fā)展受到極大的限制。
