摘    要
振動篩的研究不斷地向著標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、系列化、通用化發(fā)展,并引入現(xiàn)代化設(shè)計手段,采用新材料、新技術(shù)、新工藝,其目的在于不斷擴大篩機應(yīng)用領(lǐng)域,滿足國民經(jīng)濟(jì)建設(shè)發(fā)展的需要,并擔(dān)當(dāng)對外出口的任務(wù)。
本文所設(shè)計的振動篩的篩分物料為飼料產(chǎn)品。該產(chǎn)品的大小不是很平均,為了做出更符合要求的物料就需要用振動篩來將球磨機產(chǎn)品進(jìn)一步細(xì)分,將不符合要求的物料重新用球磨機磨小。經(jīng)過這樣的反復(fù)處理最終將物料全部做成符合要求的產(chǎn)品。本課題的振動篩為自同步雙振動電機驅(qū)動的,其特點是結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、安裝方便、成本低、容易操作及維護(hù)等。其篩箱為板梁鉚焊組合結(jié)構(gòu),由主副側(cè)板、管梁、入料擋板、出料板、篩板等組成,側(cè)板選用低合金壓力容器鋼板,強度高、可焊性好,周邊折彎,并在振動方向及沿縱向連接多根角鋼,使側(cè)板剛度大大增強,有利于強度的提高和噪音的降低。管梁由法蘭盤、無縫鋼管、加強槽鋼等組成,重量輕、強度大,便于制造安裝,具有互換性。加強槽鋼上有T形孔,使用T形螺栓,便于篩板的安裝維護(hù),消除U形螺栓對管梁的磨損。工作原理:兩臺振動電機的型號相同,可以產(chǎn)生一種組合的直線振動。這種振動可以使輸送槽體中的物料運動,并與篩面發(fā)生碰撞,使小于篩孔的物料透過,從而實現(xiàn)物料的幾何分級,實現(xiàn)篩分??傮w方案為:采用普通篩分法,振動形式為共振,運動軌跡為直線運動,激振方式為慣性式,隔振方式為一級隔振,隔振彈簧為金屬螺旋式隔振彈簧。
