摘    要
隨著現(xiàn)代化飼料工業(yè)的發(fā)展， 飼料廠(chǎng)規(guī)模不斷擴(kuò)大，對(duì)混合機(jī)混合均勻度的要求不斷提高 隨著飼制液體添加量增加， 傳統(tǒng)的臥式雙螺帶混合機(jī)已不能滿(mǎn)足上述要求．于是新一代高性能雙軸槳葉式混合機(jī)便應(yīng)運(yùn)而生從而雙軸槳葉式混合機(jī)應(yīng)運(yùn)而生。該機(jī)器廣泛用于飼料、糧食、化工、醫(yī)藥、農(nóng)藥等行業(yè)中粉狀、顆粒狀、片狀、雜狀及粘稠狀物料的混合； 混合周期短、混合均勻度高：一般物料在50～90S時(shí)間內(nèi)混合均勻度CV≤5%，減少了混合時(shí)間，提高了飼料廠(chǎng)生產(chǎn)效率； 裝填量可變范圍大：裝填系數(shù)可變范圍為0.3～0.8，適用與多行業(yè)中不同比重、粒度等物料的混合； 混合不產(chǎn)生偏析：該機(jī)在1分鐘內(nèi)混合均勻后，繼續(xù)混合物料不發(fā)生分級(jí)現(xiàn)象，且不會(huì)因?yàn)楸戎?、粒度等物性差別大而產(chǎn)生偏析； 出料快、殘留量小：底部采用四開(kāi)門(mén)結(jié)構(gòu)，排料迅速、殘留少； 液體添加量大：添加30%的液體仍能將物料混合均勻，即能混合粘稠物料； 采用獨(dú)特的鏈條張緊機(jī)構(gòu)，裝拆、調(diào)節(jié)快捷而方便； 排料門(mén)密封可靠：排料門(mén)采用氣囊密封，密封可靠、使用壽命長(zhǎng)，更換方便； 采用W形混合室，內(nèi)置風(fēng)道，整體式機(jī)座，側(cè)置檢修門(mén)，造型美觀，裝拆檢修方便。
