摘要
薪酬設(shè)計是公司建立現(xiàn)代薪酬管理制度的前提和重要組成部分，公司設(shè)計薪酬的主要目的是在公司經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略的框架下，構(gòu)造具有競爭力的薪酬管理以吸引優(yōu)秀的人才，為公司創(chuàng)造期望的利潤并實現(xiàn)公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展方針。
本設(shè)計結(jié)合xxxx藥業(yè)股份有限公司（簡稱譽衡藥業(yè)）實際，進行薪酬核算制度設(shè)計。首先，介紹公司的自然概況和管理概況。其次，結(jié)合譽衡藥業(yè)薪酬核算現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題進行具體分析，并以分析結(jié)果為依據(jù)選擇模式為崗位薪酬模式。在崗位薪酬模式的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合公司實際薪酬核算來進行薪酬核算的設(shè)計。最后，對公司薪酬核算及薪酬內(nèi)部控制制度進行具體設(shè)計，為公司薪酬核算制度提供參考借鑒。
