薪酬設(shè)計是公司建立現(xiàn)代薪酬管理制度的前提和重要組成部分,公司設(shè)計薪酬的主要目的是在公司經(jīng)營戰(zhàn)略的框架下,構(gòu)造具有競爭力的薪酬管理以吸引優(yōu)秀的人才,為公司創(chuàng)造期望的利潤并實現(xiàn)公司的可持續(xù)發(fā)展方針。
本設(shè)計結(jié)合xxxx藥業(yè)股份有限公司(簡稱譽衡藥業(yè))實際,進行薪酬核算制度設(shè)計。首先,介紹公司的自然概況和管理概況。其次,結(jié)合譽衡藥業(yè)薪酬核算現(xiàn)狀及存在的問題進行具體分析,并以分析結(jié)果為依據(jù)選擇模式為崗位薪酬模式。在崗位薪酬模式的基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合公司實際薪酬核算來進行薪酬核算的設(shè)計。最后,對公司薪酬核算及薪酬內(nèi)部控制制度進行具體設(shè)計,為公司薪酬核算制度提供參考借鑒。

This design with Harbin Yuheng Company (YuHeng medicine) salary calculation system design. First, this paper introduces the general situation and the natural profile management.
