摘 要
隨著市場競爭的加劇，集團(tuán)企業(yè)向多元化、多地域化方向的快速發(fā)展，以內(nèi)部結(jié)算為主線的管理理念越來越受企業(yè)的青睞。在國際大型集團(tuán)公司中不但被廣泛應(yīng)用，而且已成為一項(xiàng)非常成熟的技術(shù)和管理手段。近年來，我國一些集團(tuán)公司在實(shí)踐中開始起步實(shí)施內(nèi)部結(jié)算管理，并逐步形成了適合自己特色的運(yùn)作模式。
本文是在研究了大量內(nèi)部結(jié)算的理論基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合xxxx集團(tuán)公司內(nèi)部結(jié)算相關(guān)資料所形成的。本文從xxxx集團(tuán)公司資金管理背景出發(fā)，結(jié)合內(nèi)部結(jié)算基礎(chǔ)理論，進(jìn)一步分析內(nèi)部結(jié)算的五種模式，詳細(xì)介紹了集團(tuán)內(nèi)部結(jié)算模式的選擇。同時，希望本文可以對其他企業(yè)的內(nèi)部結(jié)算模式選擇有所幫助。

Abstract
With the market competition intensifies, the group enterprise to diversification, the rapid development of the regional direction, with internal settlement as the main line management idea more and more get the favour of enterprise. In international large-scale enterprise group not only is widely used, and has become a very mature technology and management. In recent years, our country some enterprise group started in practice of implementing the internal settlement management, and gradually formed a suitable for characteristic operation mode.
This paper is a study in the internal settlement based on the theory of heaven and earth, combined with the Chinese space the enterprise group's internal settlement by the formation of the relevant information. This article from heaven and earth and the Chinese space enterprise group fund management background of basic theory, combined with the internal settlement, further analysis of the internal settlement five mode, introduced the group's internal settlement pattern options. At the same time, we hope that this paper can to other enterprises internal settlement pattern choice help.
