摘 要
出勤考核是一個(gè)管理問題，它主要是以統(tǒng)計(jì)和考核為手段，其最終目的卻是激勵(lì)企業(yè)員工以最飽滿的熱情全身心的投入到工作中從而取得最佳成果。由于企業(yè)的發(fā)展壯大，工作人員的激增，出勤考核就變成了公司一項(xiàng)必要的研究課題。
首先介紹了國內(nèi)外ERP企業(yè)研究出勤考核的目的和意義，以及當(dāng)前大多數(shù)ERP企業(yè)所實(shí)施的考核原則、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和方法，從而與員工的酬薪相鏈接，達(dá)到了公平、公正、公開的效果。其次設(shè)計(jì)討論了出勤系統(tǒng)的功能需求和設(shè)計(jì)思想，對(duì)出勤系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行了需求分析，并對(duì)其功能模塊：人員管理、出勤管理、考核管理、工資管理的進(jìn)行劃分。其特點(diǎn)是用WEB網(wǎng)頁進(jìn)行員工出勤的錄入與統(tǒng)計(jì)，增加了考核的實(shí)時(shí)性與靈活性。

Abstract
Attendance assessment is a management problem, it is mainly by means of statistical and assessment, with the ultimate goal is to motivate employees most full of enthusiasm commitment to work to achieve the best results. Due to the development and growth of enterprises, the staff of the surge, attendance appraisal becomes a company a necessary research subject.
Firstly introduces ERP enterprise research attendance assessment of purpose and meaning, and the current most ERP enterprise implement assessment principles, standards and methods, which paid staff paid links, reached the fairness, justice and openness effect. Design discussed the function demand and attendance system for attendance system design idea, the requirement analysis, and its function module: personnel management, attendance management and appraisal management, salary management intelligently. Its characteristic is to use the WEB page for the employee's attendance typing and statistics, increased the eva luation of real-time and flexibility.
