水性涂料具有無(wú)毒、無(wú)味、環(huán)境污染小等優(yōu)點(diǎn),符合當(dāng)今涂料的發(fā)展方向。環(huán)氧樹脂附著力和耐化學(xué)藥品腐蝕能力強(qiáng),廣泛應(yīng)用于防腐涂料工業(yè)領(lǐng)域。但環(huán)氧樹脂難溶于水,只溶于有機(jī)溶劑,傳統(tǒng)的環(huán)氧涂料只為溶劑型。以環(huán)氧樹脂的水性化來(lái)開發(fā)水性環(huán)氧涂料借以取代溶劑型涂料,適應(yīng)了涂料界節(jié)資節(jié)能,保護(hù)環(huán)境的要求。丙烯酸樹脂以其優(yōu)異的保光保色性,也常用作涂料的基料。因此,可以用丙烯酸酯單體對(duì)環(huán)氧樹脂接枝改性引入羧基等親水基團(tuán),制得水性-丙烯酸環(huán)氧樹脂,然后中和成鹽制得水分散液,兼具了環(huán)氧樹脂和丙烯酸樹脂的優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
本文研究了水性-丙烯酸環(huán)氧樹脂接枝共聚物的合成工藝條件,在引發(fā)劑過氧化苯甲酰的作用下,將丙烯酸丁酯等單體自由基接枝聚合到環(huán)氧樹脂上,形成富含羧基等親水基團(tuán)的水性-丙烯酸環(huán)氧樹脂,用成鹽劑中和成鹽,加水稀釋形成水分散液。以單因素實(shí)驗(yàn)討論了混合單體含量、環(huán)氧樹脂添加量和引發(fā)劑占混合單體的比例對(duì)合成樹脂的影響,測(cè)定了所得乳液的固含量、轉(zhuǎn)化率和吸水率,測(cè)試了乳液涂膜性能,結(jié)果表明乳液性能好,符合要求。

Abstract
Water-based paint with non-toxic, tasteless, environmental pollution, etc., with the current paint development. Epoxy adhesion and corrosion resistance to strong chemicals, widely used in anti-corrosion coatings industry. However, epoxy resin is insoluble in water, only soluble in organic solvents, the traditional solvent-based epoxy coatings. With water-based epoxy resin to develop water-based epoxy coatings to replace solvent-based paints, the paint industry to adapt to the section owned energy, environmental protection requirements. Acrylic resin for its excellent gloss and color retention, but also used as coating binders. Therefore, you can use epoxy acrylate monomers grafted on the introduction of carboxyl and other hydrophilic groups, a system of water - acrylic resin, and salt and then the obtained water dispersion system, both the ring epoxy resin and acrylic resin advantages.
This paper studies the water - acrylic graft copolymer resin synthesis process conditions, the initiator benzoyl peroxide under the action of the butyl acrylate and other monomers to free radical graft polymerization of epoxy resin, the formation of hydrophilic groups such as carboxyl-rich water-based - acrylic resin,with a salt agent and salt, diluted with water to form aqueous dispersions.
