摘要：本文分析了中國(guó)國(guó)內(nèi)外軟膠囊檢測(cè)分選機(jī)的研究和發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀，對(duì)未來(lái)進(jìn)行了展望，設(shè)計(jì)出了一種新型的軟膠囊自動(dòng)檢測(cè)分選機(jī)構(gòu)，該軟膠囊自動(dòng)檢測(cè)分選機(jī)針對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)醫(yī)藥、食品行業(yè)軟膠囊制品生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中的膠囊分選問題，放棄了原有的原始人工分選模式，而采用電磁振動(dòng)上料器自動(dòng)上料、鏈條輸送機(jī)構(gòu)無(wú)級(jí)調(diào)速匹配輸送、計(jì)算機(jī)視覺系統(tǒng)間接判別軟膠囊質(zhì)量、高速噴嘴吹去超差軟膠囊制品的方法 來(lái)分選軟膠囊制品 最高分選速度可達(dá)10 粒/s 以上。該技術(shù)最大的優(yōu)點(diǎn)在于一是極大地提高了分選效率 二是避免了由于人工分選靠感覺和經(jīng)驗(yàn)來(lái)判別軟膠囊制品的大小 而把合格制品誤判為不合格 或者把不合格品判為合格品 造成誤檢的情況。
