摘 要
對(duì)于我國企業(yè)來說，履行社會(huì)責(zé)任既是應(yīng)對(duì)全球化挑戰(zhàn)、參與全球競(jìng)爭(zhēng)的客觀需要，也是落實(shí)科學(xué)發(fā)展觀、服務(wù)社會(huì)主義和諧社會(huì)建設(shè)的重要途徑。隨著我國電力體制改革的推進(jìn)，電力企業(yè)已逐步走上了一條開放市場(chǎng)、競(jìng)爭(zhēng)發(fā)展的新道路，電力行業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)也越來越激烈。電力企業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè)，是關(guān)系國計(jì)民生和社會(huì)和諧的骨干產(chǎn)業(yè)，在社會(huì)責(zé)任履行方面具有舉足輕重的作用。因此，對(duì)電力企業(yè)進(jìn)行財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)時(shí)不僅要考慮到其履行的經(jīng)濟(jì)責(zé)任，更要考慮到其承擔(dān)的社會(huì)責(zé)任。國家電網(wǎng)公司作為中央企業(yè)履行社會(huì)責(zé)任的先行者和表率，近年來對(duì)企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任理論和實(shí)踐進(jìn)行了卓有成效的探索。論文將企業(yè)社會(huì)責(zé)任融入到財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)中，依據(jù)電力企業(yè)的行業(yè)特征，并以xx省省電力公司為例，綜合考慮各方面因素建立了一套基于社會(huì)責(zé)任的電力企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。

Abstract
For our enterprise, social responsibility is both the challenge of globalization, the objective needs of global competition, but also to implement the scientific concept of development, services, building a socialist harmonious society important way. With the advance of China's electric power system, power enterprises have gradually embarked on an open market, competition, development of new roads, power industry, more and more intense competition. Electricity is a basic industry of national economic development, people's livelihood and social harmony is the backbone of industry in social responsibility has an important role to fulfill. Therefore, when the financial eva luation of electric power companies to take into account not only the economic performance of its responsibilities, but also to take into account its social responsibility. State Grid Corporation of corporate social responsibility as a central pioneer and example, in recent years on the theory and practice of corporate social responsibility a fruitful exploration. This article corporate social responsibility into the financial appraisal, based on characteristics of electric power industry enterprises, and Heilongjiang Electric Power Company, for example, all factors into account to establish a set of power enterprises based on social responsibility, financial eva luation index system.
