摘 要
從2005年1月1日起,根據(jù)世界貿(mào)易組織協(xié)議,全球貿(mào)易中的紡織品配額限制被全部取消,世貿(mào)組織成員間所有紡織品的配額、許可證等直接數(shù)量限制措施成為歷史。然而由于主要發(fā)達(dá)國家內(nèi)部經(jīng)濟(jì)增長乏力,貿(mào)易保護(hù)主義抬頭,美國和歐盟不斷加大對我國紡織品的進(jìn)口反傾銷力度,以達(dá)到限制我國紡織品進(jìn)口,保護(hù)本國市場和紡織產(chǎn)業(yè)的目的。本文以國際貿(mào)易中的傾銷與反傾銷理論為基礎(chǔ),通過對xx公司紡織品出口遭受反傾銷成因分析,并提出反傾銷應(yīng)對策略,以期實現(xiàn)公司出口貿(mào)易的可持續(xù)發(fā)展。

Abstract
From January 1st,2005, According to global trade agreement of the world trade organization , Textile quotas have been cancelled. Some restrictive measures ,such as quota and licence ,will not be made in all WTO members . whereas internal economic growth of developed countries have be on the decrease, trade protectionism increase with years. Chinese textiles have be exposed to anti-dumping from the United States and the European Union . Anti-dumping is made with the purpose of protecting domestic market and textile industry.
The article is based on the theory of dumping and anti-dumping.Through the analysis on textiles exports of Jiangsu Kaiyuan company , Jiangsu Kaiyuan company should take some felicity of measures in order to realize the sustainable development of the export trade of companies.

Abstract
