摘 要
隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)和科學(xué)技術(shù)的迅猛發(fā)展，企業(yè)所面臨的內(nèi)外部環(huán)境發(fā)生了翻天覆地的變化，價(jià)值競(jìng)爭(zhēng)已成為當(dāng)今新的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)形式，企業(yè)的經(jīng)營(yíng)目標(biāo)也由追求利潤(rùn)最大化轉(zhuǎn)化為價(jià)值增值最大化。然而，作為企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)戰(zhàn)略中至關(guān)重要的環(huán)節(jié)，現(xiàn)行的成本管理模式對(duì)變化了的環(huán)境已經(jīng)呈現(xiàn)出明顯的不適應(yīng)性，不能滿(mǎn)足價(jià)值管理的需要。而作為價(jià)值管理的有效工具，價(jià)值鏈會(huì)計(jì)理論為重構(gòu)成本管理模式奠定了理論基礎(chǔ)和指明了發(fā)展方向。因此，本文通過(guò)對(duì)價(jià)值鏈成本管理理論的深入研究和分析，在理論上構(gòu)建了價(jià)值鏈成本管理模式，為目前的成本管理模式的革新提出一種新的構(gòu)想，以期改變現(xiàn)行成本管理模式對(duì)當(dāng)前經(jīng)濟(jì)不適應(yīng)的現(xiàn)狀，滿(mǎn)足企業(yè)價(jià)值管理的需要，提升企業(yè)的核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力，在激烈的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中取得競(jìng)爭(zhēng)優(yōu)勢(shì)，從而真正實(shí)現(xiàn)價(jià)值增值最大化。

Abstract
With the economy and rapid development of scientific technology, enterprise faces internal and external environment has undergone earth-shaking changes, value competition has become the most new competition form, the enterprise the management goal is also maximize profit into value maximization. However, as the enterprise competition strategy crucial link, the current cost management model to changes in the environment has obviously presented not adaptability,it can not satisfy the need of value management. And as value management tool for reconstruction cost accounting theory value chain management mode laid a theoretical foundation and pointed out the development direction. Therefore, based on the theory of value chain cost management of in-depth research and analysis, in theory constructs value chain cost management pattern, for now cost management mode innovation has put forward a new conception, in order to change the current cost management mode on the current economic situation that do not fit, satisfy the need of enterprise value management, and promote enterprise's core competitiveness, in the fierce market competition, thus true value maximization.
