摘 要

隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)、法律環(huán)境的日益規(guī)范，房地產(chǎn)中小企業(yè)面臨的是一個與過去完全不同的市場。如何在日益激烈的競爭中獲勝，并在市場中占有一席之地成為當(dāng)前房地產(chǎn)中小企業(yè)面臨的重要問題。解決這一問題的關(guān)鍵在于房地產(chǎn)中小企業(yè)戰(zhàn)略的制定，而在所有的戰(zhàn)略之中，公司財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略對公司總體戰(zhàn)略的和財務(wù)管理工作的方向都有十分重要的意義?！捌髽I(yè)管理以財務(wù)管理為中心”的理念已成共識，戰(zhàn)略管理理論與財務(wù)管理理論的融合研究，形成了以財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略管理為中心的財務(wù)管理理論。
本文選擇行業(yè)里規(guī)模一般的xx地產(chǎn)公司作為研究對象，在深入分析財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略理論的基礎(chǔ)上對該房地產(chǎn)公司財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略及財務(wù)情況進(jìn)行深入的研究與探討，針對財務(wù)戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施過程中存在的問題，有針對性的提出了整改建議。

Abstract

With economic and legal environment increasingly regulated, SMEs face a completely different market from the past. How to win in the increasingly fierce market competition and have a place in the market become important issues SEMs facing with. To solve this problem, SEMs should pay attention to the formulation of corporate strategy, and in all of the strategies, the company’s financial strategy is the most important one for the company’s overall strategic direction and financial management. “Enterprise Management with financial management as the center” concept has become a consensus, what’s more, strategic management theory and financial management theory research have converged, and all of this formed financial management theories which keep financial strategy management as the center.
Select size of this industry in general as a representative of Prestige real estate company as the research object in-depth analysis of financial strategy based on the theory of the real estate company’s financial strategy and financial situation in depth study by the Bank of implementation ofvthe strategy for the financial problems in the process of targeted for correction to make.
