摘 要
我國資本市場經(jīng)歷了十幾年的探索發(fā)展，取得了很大的成績，且其在國民經(jīng)濟(jì)中的地位在最近幾年得以高度確認(rèn)。而公司作為資本市場的主體，各方面倍受關(guān)注。近年來，隨著一些表面業(yè)績良好的公司的紛紛破產(chǎn)，公司財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)預(yù)警的研究成為越來越引起重視的一方面。各方對財(cái)務(wù)業(yè)績、財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)及破產(chǎn)的預(yù)測研究需求日益迫切，財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)警研究也不再僅僅是一個(gè)學(xué)術(shù)問題，更成為影響我國企業(yè)及資本市場發(fā)展的重要因素。
本文從多方面較為系統(tǒng)地論述企業(yè)財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)警的定義、形成原因及其相關(guān)理論。然后，對國內(nèi)外財(cái)務(wù)危機(jī)預(yù)警研究領(lǐng)域中的經(jīng)典文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行了回顧。核心內(nèi)容是對xx公司財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)警方法的研究和實(shí)例分析，對xx公司的財(cái)務(wù)預(yù)警方法進(jìn)行了分析評(píng)述，構(gòu)建xx公司財(cái)務(wù)風(fēng)險(xiǎn)預(yù)警模型，制定出風(fēng)險(xiǎn)控制的措施。

Abstract
China's capital market experience for more than ten years of exploration and made great achievements, and its status in the national economy in recent to highly confirmation. Parties to financial informance, financial crisis and bankruptcy of prediction research needs increasingly urgent, financial warning research also is not merely a academic question, the more become effect on our country's enterprises and capital market development of important factor.
From various aspects systematically discusses the definition, the financial affairs warning formation and its related theory. Then to domestic and international financial crisis warning research field of classic literature reviews. The core content is on the listed company financial warning methods of research and analysis of the practical examples, the listed company financial warning methods are analyzed review, construct a listed company financial risk pre-warning model and work out the risk control measures.
