摘 要
本篇論文的目的是研究中國(guó)國(guó)際貨代企業(yè)如何向第三方物流企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型。
文章首先對(duì)國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理、國(guó)際物流及第三方物流的歷史與發(fā)展概況作出了介紹，對(duì)目前中國(guó)國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè)面臨的困境，第三方物流的良好發(fā)展機(jī)遇進(jìn)行了分析。并指出了國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè)向第三方物流企業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型的必要性和可行性。然后,從多個(gè)方面,對(duì)國(guó)際貨運(yùn)代理企業(yè)和第三方物流企業(yè)的關(guān)聯(lián)、結(jié)構(gòu)、贏利模式等進(jìn)行分析。從理論角度對(duì)轉(zhuǎn)型中的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了分析。最后，文章通過(guò)對(duì)xx公司向第三方物流轉(zhuǎn)型的問(wèn)題分析，提出自己的觀點(diǎn)，力求對(duì)此類(lèi)企業(yè)的轉(zhuǎn)型問(wèn)題做出有益的探索和研究。

Abstract
The purpose of this thesis is to research transforming from an international freight forwarder to a third party logistics.
Firstly the thesis introduces the history and development situation of international freigt forwarders,logistics and the third party logistics,and analyzes the difficult situation that the China international freight forwarder enterprises are confronted with and the good development opportunity for the third party logistics.Besides,the thesis points out the importance and feasibility for the international freight enterprises to transform into the third party logistics.And then, it analyzes the relationship,structure and the model of making profits from all aspects.After that,the thesis analyzes the problems during the process of the model’s transforming.Finally, by analyzing the problems during the process of YouTong company’s transforming into the third party logistics,the thesis puts forward the personalized suggestions, and strives to make useful research and exploration on the tranfoming of the relevent enterprises.
