摘要
人力資源管理,是在經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)與人本思想指導(dǎo)下,通過(guò)招聘、篩選、培訓(xùn)、報(bào)酬等管理形式對(duì)組織內(nèi)外相關(guān)人力資源進(jìn)行有效運(yùn)用,滿(mǎn)足組織當(dāng)前及未來(lái)發(fā)展的需要,保證組織目標(biāo)實(shí)現(xiàn)和成員發(fā)展的最大化。
改革開(kāi)放以來(lái),我國(guó)民營(yíng)企業(yè)得到長(zhǎng)足發(fā)展。但在企業(yè)不斷發(fā)展壯大,企業(yè)發(fā)展越來(lái)越依賴(lài)于高素質(zhì)人才的現(xiàn)實(shí)條件下,民營(yíng)企業(yè)原有的人力資源管理模式已遠(yuǎn)遠(yuǎn)不能滿(mǎn)足企業(yè)發(fā)展的需要。因此,創(chuàng)新人力資源管理模式,重視人力資源開(kāi)發(fā)利用,已成為企業(yè)提升核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,增加效益的重要途徑之一。本文應(yīng)用人力資源管理理論,分析xx發(fā)公司管理現(xiàn)狀和人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀,指出了公司人力資源存在的主要問(wèn)題和形成原因,最后在企業(yè)對(duì)人力資源管理高效運(yùn)作這方面提出見(jiàn)解。

Abstract
Human Resource Management, In economics and who,under the guidance of the thinking,through recruitment、selection、training、compensation and other forms of management and outside organizations related to the effective use of human resources to meet the organization 's current and future development needs,and ensure the achievement of organizational goals and members to maximize develoment.
Since reform and opening up,China 's private enterprises have been developed by leapsbounds.However,the gradual development and growth in the enterprise,enterprise development is increasingly dependent on high-quality personnal under realistic conditions,the private enterprises of the human resources management model has been far from being able to meet the needs of enterprise development.Therefore, innovative human resource management model,emphasis on human resources development and utilization,has become the core to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises,an important way to increase the effectiveness of one.In this paper,human resources managemant theory and analysis of xx發(fā)Corportant and human resources management of the status quo,pointing out that existence of the comoany 's human resources issues and the formation of the main reasons.Finally,form the business-to-human resources management and efficient operation of the proposal.
