摘  要
電力系統(tǒng)無功優(yōu)化是保證電力系統(tǒng)安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)運行的一項有效手段,是降低網(wǎng)絡(luò)損耗、提高電壓質(zhì)量的重要措施。本文簡述了電力系統(tǒng)無功優(yōu)化的基本概念和無功控制的手段,介紹了中國電力科學(xué)研究院開發(fā)的電力系統(tǒng)綜合程序仿真軟件PSASP(Power System Analysis Software Package)的結(jié)構(gòu)和功能,運用了仿真中需要用到的潮流計算程序、網(wǎng)損計算程序和最優(yōu)潮流程序。對A地區(qū)電網(wǎng)結(jié)構(gòu)進(jìn)行分析,采用PSASP軟件程序作為仿真和計算工具,并針對網(wǎng)損最小的無功優(yōu)化措施進(jìn)行了初步論述。

Abstract
The optimization of reactive power in power system is an effective measure that can ensure the security of power system and economy, also is an important measure to reduce network loss and improve voltage quality. The basic concepts of idle work optimization and means of idle work control in the electric power system were summarized in the paper. The structure and function of the integrated program of power system simulation software PSASP(Power System Analysis Software Package)were introduced which was developed by China's Electric Power Research Institute . The current, net loss and optimal computer procedure needed in the simulation were used. The power structure of A regional was analysised by using PSASP software programs as simulation and calculation tools .So the smallest loss for reactive power optimization measures were carried out a preliminary discussion.
