年產(chǎn)2萬噸合成氨銅洗工段工藝設(shè)計(jì)及水冷器設(shè)計(jì)
摘要: 本設(shè)計(jì)主要對合成氨銅洗工段進(jìn)行了工藝設(shè)計(jì),并對典型設(shè)備冷卻器進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)。通過工藝路線的選擇、物料衡算,熱量衡算確定了工藝流程。通過設(shè)備計(jì)算、設(shè)備選型等方面的計(jì)算設(shè)計(jì)了水冷器的結(jié)構(gòu)。同時(shí)本設(shè)計(jì)還考慮了人員安排、投資估算、三廢處理等方面。

The Technological Design on Copper-washing System for Ammonia Synthesis with Annual Production of 20000 ton
Abstract: This design mainly washed the construction section to the synthetic ammonia copper to carry on the technological design, and has carried on the design to the typical equipment chiller. Through the craft route's choice, the material balance, the thermal graduated arm calculated that has determined the technical process. Through aspect and so on equipment computation, equipment shaping computations have designed the chiller structure. Simultaneously this design had also considered the personnel arrange, aspects and so on investment estimate, three wastes processing.
