畢業(yè)設(shè)計 智能住宅小區(qū)安防系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計論文


摘要

隨著近幾年來智能化行業(yè)的飛速發(fā)展，安防系統(tǒng)已由原來特殊待業(yè)，專門應(yīng)用逐漸普及到各行各業(yè)。隨著社會的不斷發(fā)展，居家安全是人們安居樂業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)，也是共建和諧社會的重要環(huán)節(jié)。尤其是比較分散、比較偏遠、環(huán)境相對比較復(fù)雜的居民區(qū)，安全形勢不容樂觀，傳統(tǒng)的門衛(wèi)值班和保安巡邏等治安管理手段已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)新形勢下住宅安全保障的需要。因此，為了滿足住宅小區(qū)用戶安全和科學(xué)系統(tǒng)化管理的需要，以及為了對隨時發(fā)生的情況進行全面、及時的了解和掌握，對意外情況能迅速做出正確判斷，并給出正確、快速的指揮和處理。建立一個全天侯綜合安防系統(tǒng)，由閉路電視監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)、門禁管理系統(tǒng)、防盜報警系統(tǒng)、對講系統(tǒng)、巡更系統(tǒng)等組成。閉路電視監(jiān)控系統(tǒng)采用電視攝像等手段監(jiān)視被保護對象；門禁系統(tǒng)用卡片、按鍵、電子門鎖等裝置控制出入口門的開關(guān)；防盜報警系統(tǒng)采用動物物體監(jiān)測器，監(jiān)測接近被保護對象的運動物體；對講系統(tǒng)利用可視電話來辨別訪客身份；巡更系統(tǒng)是在安保人員巡邏路線上設(shè)置發(fā)信器，以確認保安人員的巡視記錄、時間等。并且安防系統(tǒng)要達到技術(shù)先進，經(jīng)濟實用，安全可靠，質(zhì)量優(yōu)良的要求。實現(xiàn)對住宅小區(qū)主要出入口及周界等重要區(qū)域的實時監(jiān)控，達到維護社會治安和防止破壞的作用，及時地把一切可能發(fā)生的或即將發(fā)生的案件和險情的圖像資料傳送到監(jiān)控中心，使監(jiān)控中心的值班員可以把這些危害和隱患遏制在萌芽狀態(tài)，杜絕財產(chǎn)損失、確保人員生命安全，對于構(gòu)建安全、和諧的住宅小區(qū)具有十分重要的意義。
