摘要
本設(shè)計(jì)為xx礦務(wù)集團(tuán)新強(qiáng)煤礦150Mt/a東三采區(qū)設(shè)計(jì)，該采區(qū)有一個(gè)可采煤層，煤層傾角17°，煤層厚度為2.83m。煤質(zhì)為焦煤，瓦斯含量較高。該采區(qū)平均走向長度為1800 m，傾斜長度868.8m。該采區(qū)的工業(yè)儲(chǔ)量為618.3Mt，可采儲(chǔ)量為315.3Mt，服務(wù)年限為3.4年。
設(shè)計(jì)該采區(qū)采用綜采，一個(gè)回采工作面生產(chǎn)。采煤工藝為綜合機(jī)械化采煤工藝，頂板處理方法為全部垮落法。采煤機(jī)截深0.8m，進(jìn)刀方式為端部斜切進(jìn)刀，采煤機(jī)往返一次割兩刀，雙向割煤，工作制采用“四、六”制作業(yè)，三班生產(chǎn)，一班檢修。
