摘 要
融資是企業(yè)經(jīng)營管理的基礎工作，任何一個企業(yè)的創(chuàng)立、生存、發(fā)展都需要資金的融通和運作。當前，我國民營企業(yè)在發(fā)展中遇到的融資問題更為突出和復雜，在很大程度上己經(jīng)成為民營企業(yè)成長的“瓶頸”。 民營企業(yè)融資難的原因既有政策體制方面的原因，也有民營企業(yè)自身的原因，解決融資難的關鍵在于民營企業(yè)自身。
本文以大慶xx混凝土公司為研究對象，對民營企業(yè)融資問題進行了探討，從企業(yè)自身角度研究民營企業(yè)融資決策問題，找出符合企業(yè)的融資方式、渠道以及提高企業(yè)管理水平的思路來解決融資難問題，并結合大慶xx混凝土公司的實際，提出了實現(xiàn)xx混凝土有限公司融資的具體對策。

Abstract
Financing is the foundation of the enterprise's management, and any business enterprise which wants to exist, develop need the funds circulation and operation. Nowadays, the small and medium-sized enterprises in our country meet more outstanding and complicated problems ,which have become the “bottleneck” that prevent them growing up .The reason of the current fund-circulation problems for small and medium-sized enterprises include policy and themselves .The key to the solution is that they should cope with the difficulty by themselves.
This essay used Huihong company as for research object, researches on the countermeasure of fund-circulation for small and medium-sized enterprises. The essay researches on the practical countermeasures of fund-circulation for small and medium-sized enterprises from the enterprise's own viewpoints ,trying to find a suitable ways and passage to raise funds in order to improve the management for solving the financial problems ,and especially gives Huihong company a countermeasure for fund-raising according to its reality.
