摘要
在科技迅猛發(fā)展的今天,企業(yè)只要存在就面臨著風險，企業(yè)的財務風險影響企業(yè)的健康發(fā)展，也影響國家的發(fā)展。
本文借鑒國內(nèi)外財務風險防范和控制理論和方法,結(jié)合中國國情和xx大理水電公司發(fā)展的實際情況。通過了解財務風險的概念、特征、分類、成因，主要通過財務報表的分析和指標分析，對xx大理水電公司發(fā)展過程中存在和可能產(chǎn)生的財務風險進行了深入剖析,找出公司存在的財務風險，判斷財務風險的大小、嚴重程度及其導致的原因。對該公司存在的財務風險不能避而不談，或持觀望的態(tài)度，而應抓住時機及時的發(fā)現(xiàn)問題，并提出相應的化解措施。這樣才能有效地控制財務風險對公司造成的影響，盡量減少財務風險給公司帶來的損失。
