2008年是國(guó)際原油市場(chǎng)大幅波動(dòng)的一年,油價(jià)走勢(shì)跌宕起伏。受多種因素影響,國(guó)際市場(chǎng)油價(jià)在上半年節(jié)節(jié)攀升,并在7月11日創(chuàng)下每桶147.27美元的歷史最高紀(jì)錄;在下半年迅速跌落,并在12月5日跌破每桶41美元,創(chuàng)4年來最低水平。2009年,國(guó)際原油價(jià)格受金融危機(jī)影響仍然起伏不定,對(duì)我國(guó)諸多行業(yè)和領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)生了廣泛的影響,尤其是對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)正處于起步階段的物流行業(yè)來說。
論文針對(duì)中郵物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,著重對(duì)金融危機(jī)下國(guó)際原油價(jià)格變動(dòng)對(duì)物流業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本的影響進(jìn)行分析,緊密結(jié)合中郵物流實(shí)際,為公司開展現(xiàn)代物流提出思路和方向,希望能夠?qū)镜拈L(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展提供一點(diǎn)參考。

Abstract
The international crude oil market volatility in the year of 2008, the trend of ups and downs in oil prices. Affected by many factors, international market oil prices climbed steadily in the first half and in the July 11 record of 147.27 U.S. dollars a barrel record high; in the second half of the rapid fall, and December 5 in the below 41 U.S. dollars per barrel , hitting the lowest level of 4 years. 2009, international crude oil prices affected by the financial crisis are still fluctuating a lot of our industry and a wide range of areas, especially on domestic are at the initial stage of the logistics industry.
Logistics development in China is still in its infancy, stage of development, from advanced foreign logistics enterprises there is a wide gap between the strategic positioning and implementation of the strategy and so on and there are a lot of problems and challenges. Post Logistics in the well-known as the Logistics Enterprise Group, the logistics operations of our traditional freight forwarding on behalf of transport companies in transition to the direction of third-party logistics, and its development strategy and implementation strategy will be cause for concern. A successful logistics company, the operator should have a larger scale, the establishment of effective regional coverage, with a strong command and control center, both a high standard of integrated technical, financial resources and business strategy.
In this paper, the status quo in the development of postal logistics, as well as the financial crisis in the international crude oil price changes affect the operating costs of the logistics of the analysis, work closely with the practice of modern logistics as the company put forward ideas and direction, the company hopes to the smooth development of modern logistics to offer a few reference.

Abstract
The international crude oil market volatility in the year of 2008, the trend of ups and downs in oil prices.
