2008年是國(guó)際原油市場(chǎng)大幅波動(dòng)的一年,油價(jià)走勢(shì)跌宕起伏。受多種因素影響,國(guó)際市場(chǎng)油價(jià)在上半年節(jié)節(jié)攀升,并在7月11日創(chuàng)下每桶147.27美元的歷史最高紀(jì)錄;在下半年迅速跌落,并在12月5日跌破每桶41美元,創(chuàng)4年來最低水平。2009年,國(guó)際原油價(jià)格受金融危機(jī)影響仍然起伏不定,對(duì)我國(guó)諸多行業(yè)和領(lǐng)域產(chǎn)生了廣泛的影響,尤其是對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)正處于起步階段的物流行業(yè)來說,影響更加突出。
論文針對(duì)中郵物流發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,著重對(duì)金融危機(jī)下國(guó)際原油價(jià)格變動(dòng)對(duì)物流業(yè)運(yùn)營(yíng)成本的影響進(jìn)行分析,緊密結(jié)合中郵物流實(shí)際,為公司開展現(xiàn)代物流提出思路和方向,希望能夠?qū)镜拈L(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)發(fā)展提供一點(diǎn)參考。

Abstract
The year of 2008 was the period that the international crude oil market had gotten large fluctuations. And the price of the oil went up and down sharply. Due to a lot of factors, the oil price climbed steadily in the first half of the year and hit the peak record in the history of 147.27 dollars per barrel on the July 11; the oil price fell off in the second half and dropped below 41 dollars per barrel on the December 5, hitting the 4-year low. In the 2009, affected by the financial crisis, the oil price was still fluctuating, and the financial crisis made a great influence on many industry fields of China, especially in the early stage of the logistics industry on domestic.
The paper for the development of China Post Logistics (CPL) will focus on analyzing the impact of the oil price under the background of the international financial crisis on the logistics industry operating costs, connecting with the practice of CPL closely; The direction and ideas for developing modern logistics as the company was pointed out and advice for the company’s long-term development was provided.

Abstract
The year of 2008 was the period that the international crude oil market had gotten large fluctuations. And the price of the oil went up and down sharply.
