本文首先對約克無錫的采購過程進行分析,剖析傳統(tǒng)采購的弊端,結(jié)合公司
現(xiàn)有信息管理系統(tǒng),提出了在M即H下采購過程的改進設(shè)想,探討了供應(yīng)商計劃
的實施、流程的簡化、采購員職能的轉(zhuǎn)變等問題。針對庫存,進行了數(shù)據(jù)分析,
指出了海外進口件特別是進口壓縮機等大部件是造成庫存膨脹的主要原因,研究
了壓縮機的約克全球整個供應(yīng)鏈體系,用集中庫存的概念重新設(shè)計了物流系統(tǒng),
定量分析了集中庫存下的庫存下降。供應(yīng)商合作伙伴關(guān)系的建設(shè)則是以上兩個解
決方案的前提和方向。本文最后還對未來的采購管理作了展望。
本文希望通過這兩方面的研究與實踐,切實解決約克(無錫)公司業(yè)務(wù)發(fā)展
中的采購瓶頸,也希望能給類似企業(yè)的同行一個借鑒。
