高強(qiáng)特厚板焊接施工工藝監(jiān)造


摘 要：通過對高強(qiáng)特厚板材料熱影響區(qū)的脆化、冷裂紋和層狀撕裂等焊接性能的分析，得出Q345GJC鋼材焊接性能較差的結(jié)論。通過對高強(qiáng)特厚板焊接工藝質(zhì)量控制要點(diǎn)進(jìn)行深入研究，并應(yīng)用于廣州越秀城建國際金融中心（廣州“西塔”)鋼結(jié)構(gòu)制作監(jiān)造中，焊縫合格率達(dá)到100%，有效的保證了工程的質(zhì)量。

WELDING TECHNOLOGY OF HIGH STRENGTH THICK PLATE

Abstract：Based on the research of the welding performance of high strength thick plate, including brittleness in weld heat-affected zone, cold welding Cracks, lamellar tearing, we can draw a conclusion that high strength thick plate makes a poor performance in welding. According to the deep research of the key quality control point for welding technology for high strength thick plate, and apply it to the supervision of manufacturing for steel structural components of Guangzhou West Tower, the qualified rate of welding reached to 100%, ensuring the project quality efficiently.
