The Study of Non-Destructive Testing for C15 Concrete Civil Engineering Major
Abstract: Concrete is the most important material in the construction project .Improving
the level of concrete quality test and accuracy directly affects the security of construction and
ensures the quality of engineering. Using the non-destructive testing can build the strength
curve to infer on-site concrete strength by correlation of the concrete non-destructive
parameter and the concrete strength. In our country there are two common methods of
non-destructive test: rebound hammer method and the ultrasonic-rebound combined method.
By deep research in the ultrasonic-rebound combined method in this study. Using the
common materials in Nanyang ,we made C15 concrete samples. Rebound measure instrument,
ultrasonic measure instrument and compressive machine have been applied respectively to
determine the strength in different aging. Then relatively test data have been calculated. The
test data were obtained to regress several functions by least square method. The regression
equations qualities have been examined. By using the formula, the concrete strength could be
more accurately eva luated
