鋼管自動切斷倒角機(jī)床（QZ11-16x220）是帶式輸送機(jī)托輥鋼管切斷、兩端倒角一次自動完成的專用設(shè)備，該機(jī)床自動化程度高、加工精度高，如送料，定位，夾緊，倒角，切斷依次進(jìn)行，一次就能滿足鋼管的加工精度，不需要輔助加工，并且安裝調(diào)試方便。該設(shè)備采用的是硬質(zhì)合金刀（YT5系列刀具），其硬度，耐磨性，耐熱性都很好，切削速度遠(yuǎn)比高速鋼快得多。液壓系統(tǒng)中使用了雙聯(lián)泵供油，保證了運(yùn)動速度，切斷采用進(jìn)口調(diào)速出口被壓裝置，使切斷速度可調(diào)、工作穩(wěn)定?？刂葡到y(tǒng)采用可編程控制器(PLC)為中心，限位采用無觸點(diǎn)開關(guān)，動作程序準(zhǔn)確可靠。鋼管加工過程，由“自動送料—送料到位—夾緊—夾緊到位—進(jìn)刀—進(jìn)刀到位—自動落料—放松退刀—退刀到位—自動送料”循環(huán)進(jìn)行，大大提高工作效率，并能適應(yīng)大批量生產(chǎn)加工。

Title  The chamfer machine tool for cutting steel pipeautomatically

        
Abstract
The chamfer machine tool for cutting steel pipe automatically.（QZ11-16x220）。The chamfer machine tool provides various working procedures for cutting the steel pipe automatically such as feeding, positioning, clamping, chamfer and cutting. The automaticity is good. It can satisfy the machining precision of the steel pipe and not need assistant machine. The installation and debugging of the equipment is convenient. This equipment is equipped with carbide tool （YT5 series） which is better than high-speed steel knife. The hardness, wear resistance and thermostability of the tool are perfect. Two pumps supply the oil to satisfy the parameters in the hydraulic system. The control system use PLC as the center. The limited switch is no touch. The course of working as follow:  automatic feed-feed in position-clamp-clamp in position-sumping-sumping in position-automatic blanking. The cycle can improve the work efficiency and work with a batch of workpiece.
