摘要：增加農(nóng)民收入，不僅關(guān)系到農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟發(fā)展、農(nóng)民生活改善和農(nóng)村社會穩(wěn)定，而且是關(guān)系到擴大內(nèi)需方針的落實，關(guān)系到整個國民經(jīng)濟的健康運行。本文通過對南盛鎮(zhèn)眾坪村農(nóng)民收入的具體情況進行分析，將成功經(jīng)驗加以推廣，對不足的地方加以完善，結(jié)合眾坪村實際提出相關(guān)建議，以利切實提高農(nóng)民收入，縮小城鄉(xiāng)居民收入差距，加快社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)。

The Research about the Income of the Farmers in the Zhongping Village of Nansheng Township
Abstract：
Increasing the income of peasants, is not only related to the development of rural economy，related to improvement in their living standards and social stability in rural areas，but also related to the implementation of the principle of expanding domestic demand，related to the healthy operation of the entire national economy. Based on the Zhongping Village of Nansheng Township the income of farmers, the concrete circumstances of successful experience will be promoted to be the inadequacies of the perfect combination of actual people make relevant recommendations Village, effectively raising the income of farmers and narrowing the income gap between urban and rural residents and speeding up the building of a new socialist countryside.

1 前言
農(nóng)業(yè)增產(chǎn)農(nóng)民增收是一個帶有全局性的問題，隨著中國融入世界經(jīng)濟一體化進程步伐的加快，農(nóng)村、農(nóng)民、農(nóng)業(yè)問題不僅是一個經(jīng)濟、社會問題，而且是一個政治問題，只有農(nóng)民收入的不斷增加，才能開拓農(nóng)村市場，擴大國內(nèi)需求，也才能從根本上調(diào)動農(nóng)民的積極性，實現(xiàn)小康和保持農(nóng)村穩(wěn)定，推動農(nóng)業(yè)持續(xù)發(fā)展。解決農(nóng)業(yè)增產(chǎn)不增收，廣辟渠道增加農(nóng)民收入，是農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟工作的重中之重。[1]確保農(nóng)民收入長期穩(wěn)定增長是擺在各級黨政領(lǐng)導和社會各界面前的一項新的重大課題。
