和諧社會(huì)視野下農(nóng)民工與城市社會(huì)的融合

摘要
和諧社會(huì)的內(nèi)涵要求我們?cè)谌伺c人、人與社會(huì)、人與自然之間都能達(dá)到一種和諧相處的境地?；诖耍诂F(xiàn)階段的中國(guó)，農(nóng)民工作為一個(gè)新涌現(xiàn)的群體，在社會(huì)管理領(lǐng)域還存在諸多損害農(nóng)民工權(quán)益的制度性問(wèn)題，影響了農(nóng)民工轉(zhuǎn)化為穩(wěn)定的產(chǎn)業(yè)工人和城市市民。那么，如何規(guī)范其權(quán)益保障，并最終實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民工融入到整個(gè)城市社會(huì)當(dāng)中，這對(duì)于我們和諧社會(huì)的構(gòu)建意義是巨大的。換句話說(shuō)：在二元體制下農(nóng)民工與城市在實(shí)質(zhì)上是陌生的，雖然他們貢獻(xiàn)了城市經(jīng)濟(jì)的繁榮，自己卻處于被剝奪的地位，這種不調(diào)和的狀態(tài)是無(wú)助于城市穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的，只有他們?cè)诮逃?，醫(yī)療，社保等方面和城市人享有等同的權(quán)利，在政治，文化上積極參與，自我發(fā)展，和諧才能恢復(fù)其應(yīng)有之意。

The inclusion between peasant labover and city social udder harmonious society visual field
ABSTRACT
The harmonious society's connotation requests us to achieve a kind of happiness and peace in the relashionship between human and the human, the human and the society, the human and the nature. Based on this, in present stage ,China, the peasant laborer takes a new emergence as a community. However,the society exists many institutional problems that does harm to the peasant laborer's rights and interests in the social management field, affects the peasant laborer to transform as the stable industrial worker and the urban resident. Then, how to regular its rights and interests safeguard, and realize the dream that the peasant laborers integrate finally to the entire urban society, which has a significant effect in our harmonious society's construction . In other words: under the dual system the peasant laborer and the city in materially are strange, although they have contributed urban economy prosperous, they themselves are actually under the situation of exploitation, this not well distributed condition is no use to the urban steady progression, only the society has the same rights in the aspect of education, medical service and society ,of course,they take activities posotively ,develop themselves actively in politics and culture. Harmony can realize its origin meaning.
