摘  要
二手車市場是一個(gè)巨大的市場，它影響著整個(gè)汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)和社會生活的諸多方面，同時(shí)也對政府制定和調(diào)整汽車產(chǎn)業(yè)政策有重要影響。汽車保有量和產(chǎn)銷量的增長也為二手汽車提供了充足的貨源，中國經(jīng)濟(jì)的增長以及可支配收入的提高也將大大提高消費(fèi)者對二手汽車的購買力。未來二手車交易量與新車銷量差距將進(jìn)一步縮小，二手車市場發(fā)展前景廣闊。
伴隨著二手車市場的發(fā)展，但是當(dāng)前制約我國二手車流通市場健康發(fā)展的因素尚未消除，舊機(jī)動車鑒定評估尤為重要，本論文擬對舊機(jī)動車鑒定評估方法進(jìn)行研究，對現(xiàn)有舊機(jī)動車評估。

Abstract
Second-hand car market is a huge market, it affects the entire automotive industry and many aspects of social life, but also on the Government to formulate and adjust the auto industry has an important impact on policy. Car ownership and growth in production and sales of used cars for a sufficient supply，China's economic growth and increased disposable income will also greatly enhance the purchasing power of consumers to second-hand car Future second-hand car trading volume and new car sales will further narrow the gap between second-hand car market prospect is broad.
With the development of second-hand car market, but the constraints of our current used car market, the healthy development of the circulation factor has not been eliminated, the old vehicle appraisal and eva luation is particularly important, this paper intends to identify assessment methods of the old vehicle to study the exist gold vehicles assessment.
