中國經(jīng)濟增長的地區(qū)差異分析

摘     要
區(qū)域經(jīng)濟差異是世界各國(特別是大國)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展過程中的重要現(xiàn)象。地區(qū)發(fā)展不平衡是中國國情的基本特征之一。改革開放以來，我國各地區(qū)經(jīng)濟飛速發(fā)展，經(jīng)濟發(fā)展總體水平有了很大幅度的提高，但是在經(jīng)濟快速發(fā)展的過程中，各地區(qū)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展速度和收入水平卻呈現(xiàn)出顯著的差異性，并且這種區(qū)域經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的差距呈現(xiàn)出不斷擴大的趨勢。這不僅不利于資源合理配置，而且會影響到社會安定和國家政治、經(jīng)濟的統(tǒng)一。因此，堅持區(qū)域經(jīng)濟協(xié)調發(fā)展，逐步縮小地區(qū)差距是當前以及今后相當長的一段時期的主要任務。
本文通過對經(jīng)濟增長率、人均GDP和居民收入的分析，圍繞經(jīng)濟增長下的地區(qū)差異現(xiàn)狀，分析政策、歷史文化、區(qū)位資源、非國有制經(jīng)濟等其他因素造成的地區(qū)差異的影響。地區(qū)的差異直接影響著我國的經(jīng)濟增長和社會的穩(wěn)定。所以，促進地區(qū)協(xié)調發(fā)展，是我國現(xiàn)代化建設的重大問題。要通過各種途徑縮小地區(qū)差異，形成東西互動、優(yōu)勢互補、共同發(fā)展的新格局。

Abstract
The difference in regional economic growth is an important phenomenon in the economic development for all countries (especially for big countries). District economic imbalance is a basic feature of china ‘national conditions. Since china’s reform and open, china’ economic has developed rapidly, and the overall level of economic development has improved quickly. However, in this progress, the speed of all districts’ economic development and the income level appears remarkable difference, and what’s more, the differences present the tendency of larger and larger. It not only goes against allocating resources reasonably, but also affects the social stabilization and the uniform of politics. Therefore enforcing regional economic to develop reasonably and reducing the regional difference is an important mission now and in the future.
This paper analyses the influences to regional differences by national conditions, policies, cultures, non-state ownership and so on. It is based on the relevant data of economic growth rate, per capita GDP, income. Regional gap enlargement affects china’ economic development and social stabilization. Therefore promoting china’ regional development reasonably is an important task for modernization strategy. Corresponding measures can be taken to reduce the rational gap and form a new structure to strengthen the relations between all regions, complement each other’s advantages and promote common development.
