本工具的設(shè)計與實(shí)現(xiàn)用到的開發(fā)工具主要是PowerBuilder 8.0。利用PB實(shí)現(xiàn)對項(xiàng)目人力資源的錄入，根據(jù)項(xiàng)目要求實(shí)現(xiàn)對人力資源的初步分配，輸出一個團(tuán)隊(duì)成員組成表，并隨著項(xiàng)目的進(jìn)行及時對項(xiàng)目團(tuán)隊(duì)進(jìn)行調(diào)整。利用本工具可以有效地管理項(xiàng)目的人力資源，充分調(diào)動項(xiàng)目干系人的積極性，最大限度地節(jié)省項(xiàng)目在人力資源方面的開支，并使得項(xiàng)目能按計劃順利完成，因此，開發(fā)人力資源管理支持工具是十分有意義的。
