宮頸癌機(jī)會(huì)性篩查的應(yīng)用與分析

【摘要】論文目的:探討宮頸癌機(jī)會(huì)性篩查的應(yīng)用及意義。論文方法:為2008年1月~12月在新疆自治區(qū)人民醫(yī)院婦產(chǎn)科門(mén)診就診的患者行機(jī)會(huì)性篩查,以液基細(xì)胞學(xué)、HPV檢測(cè)和陰道鏡為篩查方法,活檢組織病理學(xué)診斷為最終診斷標(biāo)準(zhǔn),評(píng)價(jià)機(jī)會(huì)性篩查用于宮頸癌早診、早治的意義。結(jié)果:4485例患者中一半以上患者不了解宮頸癌相關(guān)知識(shí);患者篩查順應(yīng)性為98. 79% (4431/4485),檢出細(xì)胞學(xué)陽(yáng)性569例,陽(yáng)性檢出率12. 68% (569/4485); 561例行高危HPV檢測(cè),感染率36. 54% (205/561); 549例行陰道鏡+活檢,活檢病理結(jié)果為: CINⅠ62例, CINⅡ-Ⅲ46例、SCC 8例。2008年宮頸癌篩查參與率及宮頸病變檢出率與2007年同期比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義(P<0. 05)。結(jié)論:通過(guò)機(jī)會(huì)性篩查相關(guān)干預(yù)措施有助于提高患者對(duì)宮頸癌的認(rèn)知程度,是全面防治宮頸癌的重要內(nèi)容;機(jī)會(huì)性篩查順應(yīng)性好,能夠早期發(fā)現(xiàn)宮頸病變,是行之有效的宮頸癌篩查方法,值得推廣應(yīng)用?！　?br /> 【關(guān)鍵詞】宮頸腫瘤;機(jī)會(huì)性篩查;液基細(xì)胞學(xué)檢查;人乳頭瘤病毒　　

The application and significance of opportunistic screening for cervical cancer
【Abstract】　Objective:To discuss the application and significance of opportunisticscreening for cervical cancer.M ethods:Patientswhowere visiting in the department ofGyne-cology of the Peoples' Hospital ofXinjiangwere performed with opportunistic screening-relatedinterventions. Screeningmethod included Thinprep CytologyTes,tHPV testing and colposcopy.The final pathological diagnosis of cervical biopsy was as the diagnostic criteria to assess themeaning of the opportunistic screening for cervical cancer at early diagnosis.Results:Among4485 cases, a halfof the patients didnt' know the knowledge of cervical cancer; screening com-pliancewas 98. 79%.AbnormalTCT results rate was 12. 68% (569/4485).The infection rateofHR-HPV was36. 54% (205/561).Biopsy resultswere as follows:CINⅠ62 cases,CINⅡ~Ⅲ46 cases, SCC 8 cases.There was statistical difference(P<0. 05)between 2008 and 2007two years in cervical lesionsdetection rate.Conclusion:In screening, to raise the cognition lev-el of cervical cancer is important for comprehensive prevention and control of cervical cancer.The opportunistic screening for cervical cancer is effective and economica.l Itcan recognize cer-vical lesions earlywith high screening compliance.
