摘  要
 本論文介紹了PLC的特點(diǎn)及發(fā)展趨勢(shì)，闡述了液壓機(jī)在國(guó)內(nèi)外發(fā)展的狀況和預(yù)測(cè)。并詳述了YS32G-630C液壓機(jī)的工作原理及其特點(diǎn)，對(duì)該液壓機(jī)的主電路圖、控制電路圖以及液壓系統(tǒng)工作原理進(jìn)行了詳細(xì)的分析。本文提出了傳統(tǒng)液壓機(jī)的繼電器—接觸器電氣控制系統(tǒng)存在的一些問(wèn)題，并提出了較好的改造方案。通過(guò)運(yùn)用可編程控制器（PLC）來(lái)代替?zhèn)鹘y(tǒng)的繼電器—接觸器控制方式，使系統(tǒng)控制更加簡(jiǎn)單易懂，操作更加靈活方便。文中從硬件設(shè)計(jì)和軟件設(shè)計(jì)兩個(gè)方面論述了系統(tǒng)的改造方案。在硬件線路設(shè)計(jì)方面，闡述了系統(tǒng)改造的思路和改造的內(nèi)容，并對(duì)PLC的選擇和PLC控制系統(tǒng)的接線設(shè)計(jì)做了詳細(xì)的說(shuō)明。在軟件線路設(shè)計(jì)方面，根據(jù)液壓機(jī)的工作流程圖和控制電路圖，論述了程序設(shè)計(jì)的思路及其設(shè)計(jì)方案，并繪制了程序的梯形圖。在論文最后對(duì)PLC控制系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)中的干擾問(wèn)題進(jìn)行了簡(jiǎn)單的論述。在現(xiàn)代企業(yè)中，可編程控制器以其功能強(qiáng)大、通用見(jiàn)效快、環(huán)境適應(yīng)性好、編程簡(jiǎn)單等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn)在各種機(jī)床中已經(jīng)得到了廣泛的應(yīng)用。

Abstract
This paper introduced the characteristics and the development trend of the PLC and expounded the development of the hydraulic press at home and abroad. The paper also detailed the principle and the characteristics of the YS32G-630C hydraulic press and analyzed the main circuit, the steering circuit and the principle of the hydraulic system in detail. This paper raised a number of issues of the traditional hydraulic machine's electrical control system with relay - contactor and made a better technical upgrading proposal. Through the use of programmable logic controller (PLC) to replace the traditional control system with relay - contactor, making the control system more easy to understand and the operation more flexible. This paper discoursed the upgrading proposal on two aspects. They are the design of hardware and software. On the hardware design, described the ideas and the transformation contents of the system and detailed the choice of PLC and the wiring design of the PLC control system. On the software design, according to the flow chart of hydraulic machine and the control circuit, discussed the idea of the design process and its technical proposal and drawn the ladder diagram of the program. In the final of the paper, under drawn the interference problem of the PLC control system. In modern enterprises, the PLC has been widely used with its powerful, universal quick, environmental adaptation, and simple programming and so on in a variety of machine tools.
