摘 要


溫度是表征物體冷熱程度的物理量，是工業(yè)生產(chǎn)的一個(gè)非常重要的參數(shù)。對(duì)溫度的實(shí)時(shí)監(jiān)測(cè)可以更有效的利用風(fēng)力資源，本文介紹一套對(duì)溫度數(shù)據(jù)的實(shí)時(shí)采集系統(tǒng)，以便對(duì)風(fēng)場(chǎng)溫度進(jìn)行及時(shí)的分析處理。溫度傳感器是能感受溫度并轉(zhuǎn)換成可用輸出信號(hào)的傳感器，本文所設(shè)計(jì)的是用鉑膜電阻溫度傳感器（PT100）來(lái)監(jiān)測(cè)大氣的溫度，鉑電阻具有準(zhǔn)確度高、性能穩(wěn)定、互換性好、耐腐蝕及使用方便等一系列優(yōu)點(diǎn)，一直是工業(yè)測(cè)控系統(tǒng)中廣泛使用的一種比較理想的測(cè)溫元件。本文使用的單片機(jī)為C8051F350，C8051F系列單片機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)有片內(nèi)調(diào)試電路與JTAG口可以實(shí)現(xiàn)非侵入式在片調(diào)試，對(duì)于溫度的監(jiān)測(cè)，有精度高，測(cè)量準(zhǔn)確，容易調(diào)試等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。通過PTR2000的無(wú)線傳輸模塊，對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)及監(jiān)控室進(jìn)行無(wú)線連接，從而達(dá)到對(duì)風(fēng)場(chǎng)溫度監(jiān)測(cè)的目的。

Abstract

 

Temperature is characterized by the degree of that physical objects is hot and cold,it is industrial production of a very important parameter. Real-time monitoringof temperature can be more efficient use of wind resources, this article describes aset of real-time data acquisition system,so that the temperature can be timely analysis and processing. Temperature sensor is able to feel the temperature and it can convert into a usable output signal of the sensor, this article is designed platinum resistance temperature sensors (PT100) to monitor air temperature, platinum resistance is of some advantages.For example，high accuracy, stable performance, interchangeability, corrosion-resistant and easy to use and so on,It is ideal temperature components,and has been widely used in industrial measurement and control system. the microcontroller is C8051F350 in this article, C8051F series microcontrollers have on-chip debug circuitry design JTAG port and it can be achieved with non-invasive on-chip debugging for temperature monitoring, a high precision, accurate measurement, easy to debug and so on. By PTR2000 wireless transmission module, on-site and control room can be connected wirelessly，so that it can achieve the temperature of the wind monitoring purposes.
