摘要：
所謂病案管理系統(tǒng)，即電子病案(Electronic Medical Record，EMR)，是將傳統(tǒng)紙質病案完全電子化，并超越紙質病案管理模式，提供電子存儲、查詢、統(tǒng)計、數(shù)據(jù)交換等等。該系統(tǒng)主要指對病案首頁和相關內容及病案室（科）工作進行管理的系統(tǒng)。病案是醫(yī)院醫(yī)療、教學、研究的重要數(shù)據(jù)源，向醫(yī)務工作者提供方便靈活的檢索方式和準確可靠的統(tǒng)計結果、減少病案管理人員的工作量是系統(tǒng)的主要任務。病案不僅包括紙質病案所有內容，而且包括聲像圖文等等信息，診療信息、數(shù)據(jù)、網(wǎng)絡傳輸、統(tǒng)計分析等均是紙質病案無法比擬的。對于紙質病案我們非常熟悉，而且積累了豐富的管理經驗，而電子病案則是新生事物，對載體、產生和機制、特點不僅沒有現(xiàn)成的信息技術規(guī)范，而且在摸索之中。EMR特點是：在文檔一體化的框架內，電子計算機的軟件模擬功能對文件與病案在電子計算機網(wǎng)絡環(huán)境下進行操作。它的管理范疇包括，病案首頁管理；姓名索引管理；病案的借閱；病案的追蹤；病案質量控制和病人隨診管理。

Case management system
Abstract：The so-called case-management system, electronic medical record (Electronic Medical Record, EMR), is the traditional paper-based medical records electronically, and beyond paper medical record management model for the electronic storage, query, Statistics, data exchange, and so on.
The system refers to the homepage and content and related cases room (HKUST) management system. Case is a the important data source of hospital medical care, teaching and research, providing Medical workers a convenient and flexible ways and retrieval of accurate and reliable statistical results, case management to reduce the workload of system is the main task.
Case include not only all paper medical records, but also include audio-visual and information facsimile, and so on, clinic information, data, network transmission, Statistical analysis . All is paper medical record incomparable. We are very familiar with the paper cases, and has accumulated rich experience in this management, but electronic medical record is a new thing and have a mechanism, features not only has not readily available information technical specifications, and probing attempts.
The Features of EMR: in the framework of integration document, computer software simulation function of the document in an electronic medical record and computer network environment for the operation. Its portfolio includes Inpatient Management; Name Index; Case of borrowing; Case tracking; record quality control and patient follow-up management.
