摘 要
預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁式橋在我國橋梁建筑上占我重要的地位,在目前,對于中小跨徑的永久性橋梁,無論是公路橋梁或者城市橋梁,都在盡量采用預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土梁式橋,因為這種橋梁具有就地取材,工業(yè)化施工,耐久性好,適應(yīng)性強,。整體性好以及美觀等多種優(yōu)點。
本設(shè)計采用裝配式簡支T梁結(jié)構(gòu),其上部結(jié)構(gòu)由主梁、橫隔梁、行車道板,橋面部分和支座等組成,顯然主梁是橋梁的主要承重構(gòu)件。其主梁通過橫梁和行車道板連接成為整體,使車輛荷載在各主梁之間有良好的橫向分布。橋面部分包括橋面鋪裝、伸縮裝置和欄桿等組成,這些構(gòu)造雖然不是橋梁的主要承重構(gòu)件,但它們的設(shè)計與施工直接關(guān)系到橋梁整體的功能與安全,這里在本設(shè)計中也給予了詳細(xì)的說明。
本設(shè)計主要受跨中正彎矩的控制,當(dāng)跨徑增大時,跨中由恒載和活載產(chǎn)生的彎矩將急劇增加,是材料的強度大部分為結(jié)構(gòu)重力所消耗,因而限制的起跨越能力,本設(shè)計采用27m標(biāo)準(zhǔn)跨徑,合理地解決了這一問題。在設(shè)計中通過主梁內(nèi)力計算、應(yīng)力鋼筋的布置、主梁截面強度與應(yīng)力驗算、行車道板及支座、墩臺等等設(shè)計,完美地構(gòu)造了一座裝配式預(yù)應(yīng)力混凝土簡支T梁橋,所驗算完全符合要求,所用方法均與新規(guī)范相對應(yīng)。本設(shè)計重點突出了預(yù)應(yīng)力在橋梁中的應(yīng)用,這也正體現(xiàn)了我國橋梁的發(fā)展趨勢。

Abstract
The prestressed concrete beam plate bridge occupies my important status in our country bridge construction, in at present, regarding small span permanent bridge, regardless of is the highway bridge or the city bridge, all as far as possible is using the prestressed concrete beam plate bridge, because this kind of bridge has makes use of local materials, the industrialization construction, the durability is good, compatible, integrity good as well as artistic and so on many kinds of merits.
This design uses assembly type simple support T beam structure, its superstructure by the king post, septum transversum beam, the lane board, the bridge floor part and the support and so on is composed, the obvious king post is the bridge main carrier. Its king post connects into the whole through the crossbeam and the lane board, enable the vehicles load to have the good traverse between various king posts .Bridge floor part including compositions and so on flooring, expansion and contraction installment and parapet, these structures although is not the bridge main carrier, but their design and the construction relates the bridge whole directly the function and the security, here has also given the detailed explanation in this design.
This design mainly steps the sagging moment control, when the span increases, cross the bending moment which produces by the dead load and the live load the sharp growth, is the material intensity majority of consumes for the structure gravity, thus limits the spanning ability, this design uses the 27m standard span, has solved this problem reasonably. In the design through the king post endogenic force computation, the stress steel bar arrangement, king post section intensity and stress checking calculation, lane board and support, pillar Taiwan and so on designs, a structure assembly type prestressed concrete simple support T beam bridge, the checking calculation completely has conformed to the requirement perfectly, uses the method and the new standard corresponds. This design has highlighted the pre-stressed with emphasis in the bridge application, this has also been manifesting our country bridge trend of development.

Abstract
