本課題完成250g中小型注塑機(jī)的液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計。塑料注射成型機(jī)是熱塑性制品的成型加工設(shè)備，它將顆粒塑料加熱熔化后，高壓快速注入模腔，經(jīng)一定時間的保壓，冷卻后成型為塑料制品。本次設(shè)計主要完成了以下設(shè)計內(nèi)容：注射成型原理和理論研究及注射成型工藝過程分析； SZ—250型注塑機(jī)節(jié)能低耗高效的液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計，繪制工作原理圖；液壓結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計與繪圖。液壓缸設(shè)計中，缸體與缸蓋采用外半環(huán)連接方式，活塞桿與活塞螺紋采用組合式結(jié)構(gòu)中的螺紋連接。液壓控制裝置的結(jié)構(gòu)采用塊式集成設(shè)計塊式，做成通用化的6面體油路塊（集成塊）。本設(shè)計中采用鐘形罩立式安裝，通過液壓泵上的軸端法蘭實現(xiàn)泵與鐘形罩的連接，鐘形罩再與帶發(fā)蘭的立式電動機(jī)連接，依靠鐘形罩上的止口保證液壓泵與電動機(jī)的同軸度。

Abstract
The completion of this subject 250g small injection molding machine hydraulic system. Plastic injection molding is a thermoplastic products, processing equipment, it will heat melting plastic particles, high speed injection mold cavity, after some time packing, cool molding for the plastic products. This design was completed for the following design elements: principles and theoretical study of injection molding and injection molding process analysis; SZ-250 injection molding machine, low power and highly efficient energy-saving hydraulic system design, schematic drawing of work; hydraulic structure design and drawing. Hydraulic cylinder design, the cylinder block and cylinder head connection with external half-ring, piston rod and piston screw thread used to connect modular structure. The structure of hydraulic control unit integrated with block block design, made of 6-sided universal manifold block (Manifold). This design uses vertical installation of the bell jar, pump the shaft through the pump flange to achieve the connection with Bell, Bell again and vertical motors with flange connection, relying on the only bell-shaped hood hydraulic pump and motor mouth to ensure concentricity.
