摘要
本文概述了27000噸散貨船主船體生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)。結(jié)合船舶生產(chǎn)設(shè)計(jì)的指導(dǎo)思想和產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn)以及承造廠生產(chǎn)條件，提出了建造27000噸散貨船主船體的一套方案。內(nèi)容包括主船體理論重量計(jì)算、分段劃分方案、典型分段建造方案、船臺(tái)裝焊工藝。重點(diǎn)論述了分段劃分方案的依據(jù)和可行性。

Abstract
This article provides an overview of the hull production design of the 27000DWT bulk cargo. Combined with the guiding ideology of production and product characteristics and production conditions of the contractor, it advances the construction of the hull of 27,000DWT bulk cargo, including the academic weight of the main hull, the project of subsections, the project of construction of typical subsection. arcs and crafts of the assembly and welding on slipway, focusing on the basis and feasibility of the project of subsections.
