摘要：運(yùn)用光學(xué)顯微鏡對(duì)國(guó)產(chǎn)中國(guó)蕨科（Sinopteridaceae）4屬6種植物進(jìn)行了葉表皮結(jié)構(gòu)的觀察和研究。結(jié)果表明，中國(guó)蕨科4屬6種植物的氣孔均分布在葉片下表皮，氣孔散生，氣孔長(zhǎng)軸方向多與葉脈延伸方向一致，氣孔器類型有極細(xì)胞型、無(wú)規(guī)則型等，而在氣孔的類型、大小、氣孔指數(shù)、表皮細(xì)胞形狀等方面具有一定的差別。這6種中國(guó)蕨科植物在葉表皮特征上有相對(duì)穩(wěn)定的形態(tài)變異，可作為中國(guó)蕨科系統(tǒng)與分類研究的依據(jù)之一。

Comparative studies on leaf epiderm of Sinopteridaceae
Abstract: The surface structure of leaf epidermis of 4 genera (Aleuritopteris, Onychium, Pellaea, Sinopteris), 6 species (A. argentea, A. duclouxii, A. nude, O. lucidum, P. mairei, S. albofusea) in the Sinopteridaceae were investigated and researched under light microscopes in this paper. The results showed that their stomata were only occured dispersedly in the lower epidermis. Long axes of their stomata parallel to the veins. Their stomata have polocytic type and anomocytic type. 6 species in Sinopteridaceae are different in the epidermal cells, stomatal index, sizes. The study presents new evidences to the identification of the Sinopteridaceae family.
