摘要:首先,本人設(shè)計的零件為輸出軸,它的作用是傳動作用,傳動力的方向和軸力。軸的樣式很多,應(yīng)用的也很廣泛,不過本人對于自己設(shè)計的軸經(jīng)過了解,根據(jù)零件的形狀、尺寸精度、生產(chǎn)的經(jīng)濟效益等各方面的詳細分析其加工工藝,采用多工序,機床加工。通過對零件的分析,此軸要求精度高,工序適當(dāng)集中,要求光滑,所以選用的工具和尺寸要量得準(zhǔn)。對輸出軸的夾具設(shè)計也要求也高,因為精度和公差要求高,表面更要采用磨床鉆磨。最后對零件進行校核。以便達到零件精度的要求。
